For Employees: Come May 2011, you are going to fly-high with promotions, new job and increments provided you pass the first four months without any damage. Simple. Be patient. Do not argue. Do your job with more care. Finish your job on the same day, do not carry forward till April. You are sure to start moving in your career ladder. Chances of transfer in job place is high.
